SSI-Related Medicaid Coverage (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Department proposes to repeal this rule as the result of the July 2015 rule review performed for the Governor’s Office of Fiscal Accountability and Regulatory Reform (OFARR). The rule has been determined to be unnecessary as the substantive matters in the rule are governed by Florida statutes.

SUMMARY:

The Department proposes to repeal this rule.
