	The Probable Cause Panel of the Construction Industry Licensing Board announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 28th, 2006. Beginning at approximately 9:00 am and 10:00am or soon thereafter.

Subject:	To review complaints in which a determination of the existence of probable cause has already been made.
