	The Probable Cause Panel of the Construction Industry Licensing Board announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 28, 2006. Beginning at approximately 9:45 a.m. or soon thereafter.

Subject:	An emergency probable cause panel meeting to review Complaints in which a determination of the existence of probable cause has already been made.
