6A-7.096

Educational Improvement Projects (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to repeal Rule 6A-7.096, F.A.C. Rulemaking authority (Section 229.59, Florida Statutes) no longer exists and the rule should be repealed.

SUMMARY:

To repeal a rule with no Rulemaking Authority.
