60Y-2.011	Petitions for Variances or Waivers from Rules (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment seeks to delete outdated information from the rules while clarifying and updating other phrases within the rule.

SUMMARY:

The rule chapter language is amended to delete incorrect references and add pregnancy as a protected basis.
