RULE:

41-2.005	Member Department Responsibilities (Repealed)
41-2.0161	Program Monitoring of Performance (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the repeal of rules 41-2.005 and 41-2.0161, F.A.C. because the provisions of the rules are required by statute already; therefore, the agency has determined that these rules are unnecessary.

SUMMARY:

The rule repeals are necessary because of the legislative changes to the Florida Statutes during the 2014 legislative session; therefore, the agency has determined that these rules are unnecessary.
