6A-1.0944

Access, Maintenance and Destruction of State Student Assessment Tests and Related Materials (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to repeal Rule 6A-1.0944, F.A.C., because the rule applies to a discontinued state assessment, the SSAT, and is superseded by Rule 6A-10.042, F.A.C. The effect is to remove outdated rule language which has been supplanted by current requirements in a different rule.

SUMMARY:

This rule is to be repealed.
