61B-75.005

Regular Elections; Vacancies Caused by Expiration of Term, Resignations, Death

PURPOSE:

Chapter 2015-97, Laws of Florida, created Section 719.129, Florida Statutes, to allow for cooperative associations to conduct elections and other unit owner votes through an online voting system.  The Division proposes this rule amendment to reflect the above legislative change to Chapter 719, Florida Statutes, and to update election procedures.

SUMMARY:

Electronic voting and election procedures at cooperative associations.
