Procedures for Electronically Signing and Sealing Electronically Transmitted Plans, Specifications, Reports or Other Documents

PURPOSE:

To add subparagraphs (3)(e)1. through 2. which were approved by the Board and included in the proposed rule published on June 16, 2015, in Vol. 41, No. 116, of the Florida Administrative Registrar but which were inadvertently omitted from the rule as filed for adoption and effective November 3, 2015.

SUMMARY:

Add subparagraphs (3)(e)1. through 2. back into the rule text as proposed on June 16, 2015.
