Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection as designee for the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, November 23, 2015, 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Martin County Board of County Commissioners Building Commissioners Chambers, 2401 S.E Monterey Road, Stuart, Florida 34996

Subject:	The Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida is proposing the establishment of an Erosion Control Line (ECL), pursuant to Section 161.161, Florida Statues. The meeting time (5:00pm – 6:30pm) will include time for both a public workshop and a public hearing. The workshop is the public’s opportunity to ask questions about the proposed erosion control line. The hearing is the public’s opportunity to comment on, speak in support of, object to, and submit for consideration material relevant to the methodology used for locating the proposed erosion control line for the Sailfish Point Beach Restoration Project (R35.7 to R39.5) and associated with permit # 0326938-001-JC.
