Overview



	The Department of Revenue announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 8, 2015, during a regular meeting of the Governor and Cabinet which begins at 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, the Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida. Please refer to the Cabinet Agenda posted to the Department’s Internet site at http://dor.myflorida.com/dor/rules/ prior to attending a meeting.

Subject:	Approval for the Department to publish a Notice of Proposed Rule that schedules a public hearing on proposed revisions to Chapter Rule 12D-13 (Tax Collectors Rules and Regulations) and Rule 12D-16.002 (Index to Forms) to amend associated tax collector forms.
