Overview



	The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission announces a public workshop and workgroup video conference meeting for the purpose of rule development concerning Due Process Procedures and Standards announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	March 16, 2006 6:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m. Standard Time.

PLACE:	Farris Bryant Building, Room G52C, 620 South Meridian Street, Tallahassee, Florida, Ground Floor. The video conference meeting will be held March 16, 2006 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST (5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST for the Panama City location). Subject:	The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is holding a workgroup video conference meeting to gather public testimony regarding a proposed rule to place Commission procedural rules in a new chapter designated to apply to the entire agency, to incorporate by reference into the procedural rule the Commission’s Due Process Procedures adopted by the Commission at its inception in 1999, and to create standards to guide agency rulemaking relating to fishing and hunting.
