Propose to repeal these rules as they are no longer necessary or are duplicative of other requirements.

SUMMARY:

Repeal of rules 60P-3.004, 60P-3.005, 60P-3.006, 60P-3.007, 60P-3.008, 60P-3.013, 60P-3.016 and 60P-3.018.
