60Y-2.001	General (Repealed)
60Y-2.011	Petitions for Variances or Waivers from Rules (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

These rules are to be repealed.  There will be no adverse effect on the public.

SUMMARY:

Rule 60Y-2.001 reiterates section 760.01, Florida Statutes, and repeats the same information that is stated there.  Rule 60Y-2.011 reiterates the requirements already found in Rule Chapter 28-104, F.A.C., so it is not necessary that it be repeated.
