68A-12.004

Possession or Sale of Birds or Mammals; Taxidermy Operations and Mounting Requirements

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this proposed rule revision is to correct references the rule makes to other rules that have changed rule numbers or been eliminated.

SUMMARY:

Some of the rule numbers for rules referred to by this rule have changed. Additionally, some rules referred to by this rule have been eliminated.  References to such rules are corrected by the proposed revisions.
