Claim for Funds Paid to the Chief Financial Officer pursuant to Section 43.19, 732.107, 733.816 or 744.534, Florida Statutes.

PURPOSE:

Rule 69I-44.021, F.A.C., is being repealed since it was superseded by the enactment of subsection 717.124(8), F.S., in 2013.

SUMMARY:

Rule 69I-44.021, F.A.C., is repealed.
