Delinquent and Inactive Licenses; Changing Status of Licensure (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

: The Board proposes the repeal of rule 61G16-4.003, F.A.C. because legislature eliminated the delinquent and inactive licenses; changing status of licensure requirement during the 2014 legislative session; therefore, the agency has determined that these rules are unnecessary.
