Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Six announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, February 2, 2015. The meeting will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus Auditorium, 300 N.E. Second Ave., Bldg. 1, Room 1261 Miami, Florida 33132

Subject:	This forum is intended for all those interested in participating in the design, construction and financing of the project. The forum will include a presentation on the project scope, procurement timeline, procurement process and financing information for the project. There will also be a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) session and an overall project presentation, including a Q&A period. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status. Persons who require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 or persons who require translation services (free of charge) should contact Ms. Eman Gomaa, P.E., at (305) 470-5219 or in writing at 1000 NW 111 Avenue, Room 6111-A, Miami, FL 33172 or by email at eman.gomaa@dot.state.fl.us at least three (3) days prior to the meeting. There will be an opportunity for interested proposer teams to participate in one-on-one meetings following the Industry Forum beginning Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at FDOT District Six, 1000 NW 111 Avenue, Miami, FL 33172. The scheduling of one-on-one meetings will also be determined by FDOT and scheduled parties will be appropriately notified. Design/Build teams can request a list of topics a minimum of seven days prior to the Industry Forum or on the same day the appointment request is made. Please note that a maximum of 15 representatives per proposer team is allowed. Your attendance is encouraged and appreciated.
