Overview



	The Florida Housing Finance Corporation announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, February 24, 2016, 1:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Holiday Inn Tampa Westshore – Airport Areas, 700 N. Westshore Boulevard, Tampa, Florida, 33609.

Subject:	The workshop will discuss implementation of the National Housing Trust Fund in Florida by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. The National Housing Trust Fund is a federal block grant to the states. The Governor has designated Florida Housing as the entity to administer the program in Florida. At the workshop, Florida Housing will explain the program and solicit input regarding how to use the funding. In addition, Florida Housing will seek public input about the Corporation’s current approach to permanent Supportive Housing and emerging priorities to serve persons with special needs.
