	The Department of Management Services announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	In accordance with section 120.525, Florida Statutes, a pre-response conference is hereby noticed for the following Request for Proposals (RFP) Number: 01-84131500-R for Broker of Record – Bridge, Property, Terrorism and Business Interruption Insurance Coverages and Consulting Services. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda and changes to the timeline and specifically to the meeting notice listed above. The Department will post notice of any changes or additional meetings within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not re-advertise notice in the Florida Administrative Register (FAR).
