PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the repeal of rules 61G2-2.0031, 61G2-2.004, and 61G2-2.005, F.A.C. because of the legislative changes to the Florida Statutes during the 2014 legislative session; therefore, the agency has determined that these rules are unnecessary.
