	The Office of Financial Regulation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, February 24, 2016, 2:00 p.m.

PLACE:	The Public Hearing will be held via video teleconference at the Tallahassee Office of the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, Division of Financial Institutions, Fletcher Building, Sixth Floor Conference Room Suite #630-D), 200 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399 and at the Miami Office of the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, Rhode Building, 401 NW 2nd Avenue, Suite N708, Miami, Florida 33128.

Subject:	Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 120.80(3), Florida Statutes concerning the application filed with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation by Saloman Henry Benacerraf Coirat, Fortunato Benacerraf Saias, Sete Carolina Benacerraf Saias, and Sadia Cohen Zrihan for a Certificate of Approval to Purchase or Acquire a Controlling Interest in Brickell Bank, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida (the “Bank”).
