Intermediate Care Facilities for the Mentally Retarded/Developmentally Disabled; Recipient Eligibility Criteria (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Rule 59G-4.171, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is being repealed. Requirements contained within this rule have been updated and moved to Rule 59G-4.170 F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

This rule establishes the criteria for recipients to qualify for Florida Medicaid coverage of ICF/IID services under the Florida Medicaid Institutional Care Program.
