Costs of Probation (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

: The Board proposes to repeal Rule 64B13-7.007 because the language for this rule will be added to rule 64B13-7.005, “Terms of Probation.”

The repeal of Rule 64B13-7.007 is necessary because the language for this rule was added to Rule 64B13-7.005, “Terms of Probation.”
