RULE:

59A-10.002	Definitions
59A-10.036	Qualification by Practical Experience (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to revise the rules related to health care risk manager licensure.

SUMMARY:

These revisions will: update and consolidate definitions; delete definitions that are obsolete; update/clarify qualifications required to be licensed as health care risk manager; and make a technical change to correct an office name.
