Overview



	The Florida Department of Management Services, Division of Telecommunications, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, April 5, 2016, starting at 8:30 a.m. AND at 11:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Capitol Circle Office Complex (CCOC) 4030 Esplanade Way, Room 301 – Third Floor Tallahassee, FL 32399

Subject:	The Region 9, Regional Planning Committee for the State of Florida will hold its annual meeting and is open to all interested parties. All 700/800 MHz public safety licensees in Florida are encouraged to attend. The Region 9, 700MHz hearings will start at 8:30AM and the Region 9, 800Mhz hearings will start at 11:00AM.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Final agenda to be provided on the meeting date but will consist of: General agenda items: Review of Officers and any open positions; By-Laws and amendments to the Regional Plans; General status report from the State of Florida
