Standards for Telemedicine Practice (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to address the prescribing of controlled substances for psychiatric disorders via telemedicine.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment permits physicians to prescribe controlled substances for patients with psychiatric disorders via telemedicine.
