	The Central Broward Water Control District announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 13, 2016, 7:00 p.m.

PLACE:	8020 Stirling Road (Davie) Hollywood, FL 33024

Subject:	CENTRAL BROWARD WATER CONTROL DISTRICT MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Central Broward Water Control District will hold a Public Hearing on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, at 8020 Stirling Road, Hollywood (Davie), FL 33024 to consider proposed changes to the District Design Criteria pursuant to the amendments set forth in proposed Resolution no. 2016-11, to wit: RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CENTRAL BROWARD WATER CONTROL DISTRICT AMENDING THE DESIGN CRITERIA OF THE CENTRAL BROWARD WATER CONTROL DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Information regarding this matter is on file at the District’s Offices at the above address and are open for inspection between the hours of 8 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings and for such purposes, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
