59G-4.030

Reproductive Services

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.030, Florida Administrative Code is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Reproductive Services Coverage Policy, __________, and to revise the rule title.

SUMMARY:

The incorporated coverage policy will specify recipient eligibility, provider requirements, service coverage, and reimbursement information. The amendment also revises the rule title to Reproductive Services.
