Florida KidCare Dispute Review Process (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Rule 59G-14.004, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is being repealed. Necessary requirements contained within this rule have been updated and moved to Rule 59G-14.001, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

This rule establishes dispute review process requirements for the Florida Kidcare program.
