PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.160, Florida Administrative Code, is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Outpatient Hospital Services Coverage Policy, __________.

SUMMARY:

The incorporated coverage policy will specify recipient eligibility, provider requirements, service coverage, and reimbursement information.
