Continuing Education Requirements for Active Status License Renewal

PURPOSE:

Every biennium licensed veterinarians are required to obtain 30 hours of continuing education in the area of Veterinary Medicine.  The Board desires to give equal recognition to live, in person, continuing education courses and interactive, on-line continuing education courses while at the same time giving limited recognition to correspondence and non-interactive courses

SUBJECT:

Continuing Education credit for on-line and correspondence courses.
