	The Department of Revenue announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	March 3, 2006, during a regular meeting of the Governor and Cabinet, which begins at 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee

Subject:	Approval of adoption of the proposed amendments to Rule Chapter 12B-5, F.A.C. (Motor Fuels, Diesel Fuels, Alternative Fuels, Aviation Fuels, and Pollutants). A Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the proposed rule changes was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on January 13, 2006 (Vol. 32, No. 2, pp. 90-115). A Notice of Change will be published in the next available Florida Administrative Weekly.
