	The Division of Public Health Statistics and Performance Management announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 3, 2016 – 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. May 4, 2016 – 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Betty Easley Center, Room 4055 4055 Esplanade Way (Inside Cafeteria Building) Tallahassee, FL 32399

Subject:	The purpose of this meeting is to conduct that Public Health Systems Assessment for inclusion in the State Health Assessment (SHA), which will provide data used to set priorities for the State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP). All participants will gain a better understanding of each organizations’ contributions, the interconnectedness of activities, and how the public health system can be strengthened.
