	The Florida Department of Health announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 19, 2016 – 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. May 20, 2016 – 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Capital City Office Complex (Southwood) 4042 Bald Cypress Way, Room 301 Tallahassee, FL 32399

Subject:	The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the Public Health Systems Assessment for inclusion in the State Health Assessment (SHA), which will provide data used to set priorities for the State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP). All participants will gain a better understanding of each organizations’ contributions, the interconnectedness of activities, and how the public health system can be strengthened.
