Overview

RULE:

15A-7.012

Commercial Driver's License Skills Tests

PURPOSE:

The purpose of these amendments is to correct deficits identified during an Annual Review of Florida's Commercial Driver License (CDL) program by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and to align the rule with the requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration on CDL testing.

SUMMARY:

This rules sets out the definition of and the requirements for the commercial driver’s license skills test and the minimum requirements that applicants must meet in order to pass.
