Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, June 2, 2016, 6:00pm

PLACE:	City of Hollywood Commission Chambers Room 219 2600 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, Florida 33020

Subject:	This project will include rebuilding Hollywood Boulevard with two lanes and 6-foot wide buffered bike lanes in each direction. A median will be build to accommodate parallel parking. The existing sidewalk will be replaced with colored concrete sidewalks with tree grates and planters. New decorative street lights will be installed and five mid-block pedestrian crossings will be created. The diagonal parking will be converted to parallel parking on both sides of the street. New mast arm traffic signals will be installed at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and North 24th Avenue.
