PURPOSE:

These rules were identified for repeal after the Department conducted a review of its existing rules to reduce the number of rules that were unnecessary or duplicative.

SUMMARY:

Rules 69B-124.021, 69B-124.022, 69B-124.023, 69B-124.024, and 69B-124.025, F.A.C., are being repealed.
