Nonresident Pharmacy Permit

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule promulgation to create a rule concerning how to obtain a nonresident pharmacy permit, to update and streamline the process for efficiency, and to incorporate the Nonresident Pharmacy Permit Application.
