RULE:

59C-1.042

Neonatal Intensive Care Services (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Agency is proposing to amend 59C-1.042 to remove, update and condense language regarding neonatal intensive care services.

SUBJECT:

The proposed amendments to this rule include: updates to definitions, removing reference to Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Center Program (RPICC), revising the language for the needs assessment methodology, removing obsolete language and items from the utilization reporting requirement, removing outdated language regarding providers of this service prior to the CON requirement.
