RULE:

65C-30.007

Case Management Responsibilities After Case Transfer

PURPOSE:

The Department of Children and Families intends to amend Rule 65C-30.007, F.A.C., Case Management Responsibilities after Case Transfer, to clarify when the required frequency of face-to-face contact with a child in shelter status may be modified.

SUMMARY:

The rule will be amended to allow for modification of the frequency of face-to-face contact with a child in shelter status when five conditions have been met.
