RULE:

61A-4.0131

Malt Beverages, Keg Deposits (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal Rule 61A-4.0131, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking repeals Rule  61A-4.0131, F.A.C.  Chapter 2016-190, Laws of Florida, created section 561.4205 – Keg deposits; limited alternative inventory and reconciliation process - which substantially codified requirements covered by Rule 61A-4.0131, F.A.C.  Accordingly, the rule is no longer necessary.
