Overview



	The Area Agency on Aging for North Florida, Inc. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, July 25, 2016, 1:30 pm, Central Time and Wednesday, August 17, 2016, 10:30 am, Eastern Time

PLACE:	Jackson County Senior Citizens Organization, 2931 Optimist Dirve, Marianna, Florida and Gadsden Senior Services, 79 LaSalle Leffall Drive, Quincy, Florida respectively.

Subject:	The Area Agency on Aging for North Florida, Inc. has scheduled two Public Hearings to discuss its 2017-2019 Area Plan on Aging. Special emphasis will be on the Area Agency on Aging’s direct services related to caregiver initiatives and health and wellness programs. In addition, we welcome public input regarding known or perceived needs of seniors and their caregivers in the community. Documents for the Public Hearings will be available for distribution at the location above at the time of the hearings. Copies may be requested by contacting the Area Agency on Aging for North Florida at (850)488-0055. Comments may be submitted to Dottie Hinkle, Director of Planning and Programs, 2414 Mahan Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32308. Deadline for consideration of comments in our Area Plan is Friday, August 31, 2016.
