	The Office of Insurance Regulation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	To consider a Workers’ Compensation filing made by the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc. (NCCI), by which NCCI requests an overall average increase in rate levels of 19.6% for the voluntary market for all new, renewal, and outstanding workers’ compensation insurance policies written in the State of Florida, effective October 1, 2016.
