	The City of Titusville announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, August 23, 2016 Open House 5:00 p.m. Formal Presentation 5:30 p.m.

PLACE:	City of Titusville City Hall in the Council Chambers at 555 S. Washington Avenue, Titusville, Florida 32796

Subject:	City Project ID: RS1405 Project Description: Park Avenue Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study from South Street (SR 405) to Garden Street (SR 406) The City of Titusville has scheduled a public hearing during the City’s monthly Council Meeting for the Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study along Park Avenue from South Street (SR 405) to Garden Street (SR 406). This is the second public meeting to be held as part of a community-based evaluation to provide for the long-term multimodal needs of the corridor. The hearing is scheduled to be held during the City’s Council Meeting on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at the City of Titusville City Hall in the Council Chambers located at 555 S. Washington Avenue, Titusville, Florida 32796. An open house will be held outside of the council chambers from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., where the study team will be available to discuss the project. The council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m., during which a formal presentation will be presented, followed by a public comment period. Participants will have the opportunity to provide input to the study team during the meeting, or in writing using the provided comment forms. You may also submit comments by mail no later than September 2, 2016 to Kevin Cook, P.E., Public Works Director, 2910 Garden Street, Titusville, FL 32796. Draft project documents will be available for public review from August 1, 2016 to September 2, 2016 at the Titusville Public Library located at 2121 South Hopkins Avenue, Titusville, Florida 32780 and at the Titusville Public Works Office located at 2910 Garden Street, Titusville, FL 32796. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
