Licensure Requirements for Applicants from Non-Accredited Schools or Colleges

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to update the incorporated form, clarify the web address from which the form may be obtained, and clarify the name of the commission through which the licensure examination is given.

SUMMARY:

The incorporated form will be updated, the web address from which the form may be obtained
will be clarified, and the name of the commission through which the licensure examination is given will be clarified.
