PURPOSE:

For Rule 64B16-26.2032, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendment to update the rule and revise the incorporated forms. For Rules 64B16-26.400 and 64B16-26.2033, F.A.C., the Board proposes the rule amendments to update the rules.

SUMMARY:

Rule 64B16-26.2032, F.A.C. will be updated and the incorporated forms will be revised. Rules 64B16-26.400 and 64B16-26.2033, F.A.C., will be updated.
