61A-5.0011

Application for Vehicle Permits (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal Rule 61A-5.0011, F.A.C. Ch. 2015-12, Laws of Florida, amended the Florida Beverage Law, in part, to remove requirements for a vehicle permit to be obtained for transportation of alcoholic beverages by licensees. Accordingly, the Division no longer issues vehicle permits, and the rule and corresponding application form are no longer needed.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking repeals Rule  61A-5.0011, F.A.C.
