34-8.202	General Rules for Filing the CE Form 1 - Statement of Financial Interests
34-8.208	Final Filing Using the CE Form 1F
34-8.209	Amended Filing Using the CE Form 1X

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendment is to update and re-adopt the forms and rules interpreting the financial disclosures required by law.  All of the forms will reference the 2016 filing year. The instruction for CE Form 1 is being amended to add a filing exception for certain representatives of military installations; the instruction for CE Form 1X is amended to clarify that a separate CE Form 1X is required to be filed for each CE Form I being corrected; the instructions for CE Form 6 and CE Form 6F are being amended to clarify that judges are required to file those forms.
