Application Forms and Requirements

PURPOSE:

To amend the application for certified master social workers.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking amends the application for certified master social workers to eliminate the medical errors course requirement, add optional email address, and eliminate the question relating to criminal convictions prior to 2009, as required by recently enacted legislation.
